Presented By: Dr. Massimo Ferrara Dr. Massimo Ferrara is a research scientist at the Institute of Sciences of Food Production (ISPA), National Research Council (CNR), in Bari, Italy. Dr. Ferrara will discuss Ochratoxin A (OTA), a mycotoxin produced by Aspergillus and Penicillium species which is responsible for contaminating many food products including cereals, coffee, cocoa, grapes and derivatives.
