The condensed research seminar WAVEx (Washington Advancements in Viticulture and Enology) comes to Woodinville on July 11, 2018. WAVEx will feature a deep dive into the topic of Making Better Wine Through Chemistry, how to avoid wine faults, know what’s living in your wine, use sulfur dioxide appropriately and more. The program features Washington State University researchers Drs. Jim Harbertson, Tom Collins and Thomas Henick-Kling.
