2020 Harvest Lab Intern | Wine Boss | Richland, WA

Wine Boss is looking for Harvest Lab interns who are eager and committed to learning, growing, and gaining valuable experience working with premium fruit from the Red Mountain AVA. We specialize in high-quality, small-lot, red wine fermentations. This is a seasonal full-time harvest internship position. Start and end dates are generally between August and November.

Working harvest is a rewarding, yet demanding, opportunity. Applicants are to be serious, trustworthy, and punctual. Interns are expected to work six, 10+ hour shifts a week with one scheduled day off per week. Schedules will be determined once the winemaking team assesses 2020 grape processing needs. Flexibility is required: weekend work, late nights, and early mornings should be expected. Applicants must have a positive attitude, be physically fit, and be willing and able to jump in, learn quickly, and participate in all harvest activities as required.
