Full-Time Cellar Worker, D’s Wicked Cider, Kennewick, WA

D’s Wicked Cider is looking for a motivated cellar worker to join the team.  Previous experience not required, but an appreciation for fermentation and dedication to craft and quality is essential.  Daily tasks include the following:

Forklift Operations

Cleaning and sanitation (Kegs, jockey boxes, tanks, cellar, winery grounds)

Organization (it’s a small space, so expect to constantly shuffle and organize the cellar and warehouse)

Propane stove operations (cooking sauces, syrups, etc.)

Pump operations (cleaning, racking juice, cider and wine)

Pressurized gas operations (mostly CO2 for gassing tanks and force carbonating cider)

Experiments (new flavors, bench trials, basic lab analysis of juice, cider and wine)

Filling orders, placing items on pallets and loading trucks with weekly orders

Inventory of bulk juice, cider, wine and cased goods monthly
