Artifex Wine Company is looking for enthusiastic lab interns for the 2017 harvest season!
Located in the heart of the Walla Walla Valley, we are a premium custom crush facility specializing in the production of small to medium size lots for many prominent wineries.
In the Artifex lab, you will gain insight into our client winemakers’ decision making process. You will be tasked with executing additions and analysis that stimulate winemaking decisions and initiate cellar activity. We are seeking lab interns who are passionate about wine, excited to learn in-depth lab protocol, and have a positive attitude. Most importantly, we want you to give us your all, learn a lot, and have fun!
-Tank and barrel samplings
– Nutrient additions
-Learn quickly and adapt to fast-changing priorities
-Work long hours on your feet in a fast paced environment
-Follow and execute detailed instructions
-Maintain focus and stay calm under stress
-Work well individually and as part of a team
-Adhere to safety procedures
-Able to lift 50 pounds
-Lab and science background is a plus, but not required

Pay: Hourly with time and a half for overtime
