Position: Retail Wine Shop Associate
Location: Renton, WA
– Sell and pour a diverse selection of exquisite Washington wines
– Manage inventory effectively to ensure stock availability
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers
– Oversee website management and contribute creative ideas
– Embrace the role of a self-starter and take initiative to drive sales
– Provide exceptional customer service and wine knowledge
Qualifications:
– Enthusiastic and passionate about wine, people, and sales
– Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Familiarity with website management is a plus
– Must be 21 years of age or older
Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation: $18-20 per hour plus quarterly bonuses
