Description This all-day workshop is targeted to provide a baseline level of knowledge to company interns specializing in activities or training related to Washington State viticulture. The idea is to train interns in: 1) What Happens Throughout a WA Growing Season, 2) Pest and Disease Scouting, 3) Cold Damage and Yield Estimation, 4) Nutrient Disorder Identification and Understanding Fertilizers, and 5) General Internship Planning and Organization. Auction of Washington Wines Weekend

Washington state’s only nonprofit wine event that has been around for 33 years. We are ranked in the Top 5 U.S. Charity Auctions*, and have raised over $50 million since our inception in 1988. Our focus is on elevating the awareness of Washington State wines through a series of events over a weekend in August. Proceeds benefit the wine industry and local community.
